"SMP-816" JSC is a full-member of a non-profit partnership "Inter-regional association of organizations of railway construction" and has access to the cons truction works that have an impact on the safety of capital construction.

SMP-816 construction train incorporates a modern industrial and technological base, base for the repair of equipment and storage facilities, located in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. All divisions of" SMP-816" JSC equipped with the necessary equipment and materials, have a qualified staff.

Today, industrial and technical base is equipped with more than 20 units of specialized vehicles, including:

• KAMAZ, all-wheel drive vehicle with hydraulic manipulator;
• MAN, all-wheel drive vehicle with hydraulic manipulator;
• Kubota excavator;
• Yanmar excavator;
• Hanix excavator;
• Nissan loader;
• Valday vehicle 3,5т;
• Toyota bus;
• also, GAZ, VAZ, UAZ motor-vehicles for delivering crews and equipment to the construction sites.

Over the four years of existence we accomplished complex of works on more than one hundred construction projects and major repairs. The most important objects are:

• Reconstruction of the EC of Parkovaya station with the adjacent spans Parkovaya-Olenegorsk, Parkovaya -Fabrichnaya "OLKON" JSC;
• Railroad tracks of non-common use of "Petro-Granit" LLC with junction to the newly constructed Razyezd 123km station;
• Initiation of the station brake stops (UTS-380) into electrical centralization at the Olenegorsk station of Oktyabrskaya Railways;
• Overhaul of radio equipment at the stations: Evlashevo, Nikulin, Klyuchiki, Canadey, Otvaga, Zhigulevsk, Zvezda, Kinel, Smyshlyaevka, Ulyanovsk hump tower, Urussu, Zainsk and Krugloye Pole of Kuibyshev Railways;
• Retrofitting of car maintenance depots, centralized equipment of rakes at the Apatity, Murmansk, Olenegorsk, Belomorsk and Kem stations of the Oktyabrskaya Railways;
• Major repairs of the SCB devices at the Mokket station of Oktyabrskaya Railways;
• Major repairs of the SCB devices (traffic lights replacement) at the stations: Murmansk, Apatity car yard, Apatity freight yard, Apatity receiving and dispatching yard, Kola, Yagelniy Bor, Rudniy, Khibiny, Nefelinovyye Peski of the Oktyabrskaya Railways;
• Major repair of the power supply devices at the Novaya Derevnya station;
• Major repairs of railroad crossing in the Ust-Slavyanka village along Petrozavodskiy highway;
• Reorganization of the fiber-optic communication line of "Transtelecom" JSC (preparatory period).
